- 100 x Ab Mat Sit Ups
- 100 x Double Unders
- 100 x Air Squats
- 100 x Triple Unders
- 100 x Elevated Push Ups
Note: This is a Farewell WOD for Humphreys CrossFit Coach Shane, so come get some and wish him best of luck as he returns to Alaska!
