WOD:  "The Shane"

  • 100 x Ab Mat Sit Ups
  • 100 x Double Unders
  • 100 x Air Squats
  • 100 x Triple Unders
  • 100 x Elevated Push Ups
Note:  This is a Farewell WOD for Humphreys CrossFit Coach Shane, so come get some and wish him best of luck as he returns to Alaska!
