  • 15 x Thrusters, 100#
  • 15 x Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
Notes:
  • If 90 Reps (3 Rounds) are completed in under 4min, time extends to 8min 
  • If 180 Reps (6 Rounds) are completed in under 8min, time extends to 12min 
  • If 270 Reps (9 Rounds) are completed in under 12min, time extends to 16min 
  • Etc.....
