20min AMRAP
  • 40 x Air Squats
  • 30 x Toes 2 Bars
  • 20 x Hand Stand Push Ups
  • 10 x Pull Ups
Notes
  • One partner works while the other partner maintains the plank
  • Every minute they switch
  • If the partner breaks the plank they sound off with "BURPEE" and the working partner must do burpees till the planking partner returns to the plank
