- 40 x Air Squats
- 30 x Toes 2 Bars
- 20 x Hand Stand Push Ups
- 10 x Pull Ups
- One partner works while the other partner maintains the plank
- Every minute they switch
- If the partner breaks the plank they sound off with "BURPEE" and the working partner must do burpees till the planking partner returns to the plank
