- Begin at 50% of 1 Rep Max, Adding Weight Each Minute
- When You Cannot Complete 5 Reps, Remove 10-20# and Complete Remainder of EMOM

- 20 x Wall Ball Shots (20/14#)
- UNBROKEN 5RFT is the Goal!
- If the Class is LARGE, Substitute Thrusters (45/35#) for the Wall Ball Shots
