- In this WOD you move from each of the five stations after 1min.
- The clock remains running at all times.
- After the 5min round there is a 1min break allowed before repeating.
- On the call of "ROTATE" athletes must move to the next station immediately for best score.
- One point is given for each Rep, except on the C2 where one point is given for each Calorie.
- After 5 x 5min rounds are completed the final score will be tallied.
