WOD: THE CROSSFIT TOTAL
- 1RM of: Back Squat, Strict Press, Deadlift
- Movements Must Be Completed In Order
- "Total" is the sum of the best attempt of each movement
- CF Total will ONLY be performed by athletes who are familiar with their previous 1RM of the movements or are otherwise experienced with the movements
- Followed By
- Slow 1 mile jog

Level 2
- 4x3 of each movement, increasing weight
- Slow 1 mile jog
- Mobility
Level 1
- 4x3 of each movement, increasing weight as form allows
- Slow 800m walk/jog/row
- Mobility
