WOD: THE CROSSFIT TOTAL
  • 1RM of: Back Squat, Strict Press, Deadlift
    • Movements Must Be Completed In Order
    • "Total" is the sum of the best attempt of each movement
    • CF Total will ONLY be performed by athletes who are familiar with their previous 1RM of the movements or are otherwise experienced with the movements
  • Followed By
  • Slow 1 mile jog
