- This WOD is steeped in Viking history as these warriors were known to row to shore, run to the battle, fight all out until the raid was complete, run back to shore, and row back to their ship.
- Bring a reflective belt/vest for yourself, and a spare for a fellow athlete if you have one, Vikings lived to see another day by being safe while running!
