  • 40 x Burpees Over The Bar
  • 400m Run
  • 40 x Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 400m Run
  • 40 x Cleans (155/105#)
  • 400m Run
  • 40 x Shoulders 2 Over Heads (155/105#)
  • 400m Run
Notes
  • This is a Partner WOD
  • 40 Reps must be Completed per Team, but only 1 Partner may Work at a time
  • All Runs are to be Completed with your Swole Mate
  • Wear Reds, Pinks, Purples or Hearts if you have it!!!!
