- Bring A Weighted Vest Or Body Armor If You Have It Available
- Levels/Weights
Level 2 - Run With 25/15# Plate, Body Weight Movements
Level 1 - Body Weight All Movements
- Partners MUST Run Together
- If Partners DO NOT Have A Vest, Carry A Bumper Plate
- Movements CAN BE Split Between Partners, And Executed Simultaneously
