  • 50 x Weighted Box Stepups
  • 1mi Weighted Run
  • 50 x Weighted Burpee Toes 2 Bars
  • 1mi Weighted Run
  • 50 x Weighted Pull Ups
Notes
  • Bring A Weighted Vest Or Body Armor If You Have It Available
  • Levels/Weights
          RX - 20# All Movements
          Level 2 - Run With 25/15# Plate, Body Weight Movements
          Level 1 - Body Weight All Movements
  • Partners MUST Run Together
  • If Partners DO NOT Have A Vest, Carry A Bumper Plate
  • Movements CAN BE Split Between Partners, And Executed Simultaneously
