  • 200m run
  • 20 x Hand Stand Push Ups
3 - 6min
  • 300m run (200m+100m)
  • 30 x Shoulders 2 Overheads (95/65#)
6 - 9min
  • 400m run
  • 40 Wall Ball Shots (20/14#)
Notes
  • Athletes rest if finished movements within 3min allotted time.
  • If movements are not completed in allotted 3min, move on to next set. 
  • If Wall Balls are not completed on final round, score total completed Wall Balls. Otherwise, note athlete time.
