WOD: "The Last Call-ish"
0 - 3min
- 200m run
- 20 x Hand Stand Push Ups
- 300m run (200m+100m)
- 30 x Shoulders 2 Overheads (95/65#)
- 400m run
- 40 Wall Ball Shots (20/14#)
- Athletes rest if finished movements within 3min allotted time.
- If movements are not completed in allotted 3min, move on to next set.
- If Wall Balls are not completed on final round, score total completed Wall Balls. Otherwise, note athlete time.
